The satisfaction of all our customers is important to us. However, balloons are products that can easily be used and then brought back without it appearing.
Thus NO return will be accepted except in case of defective item.
For that please fill out the following form, and send it back to our email address (email@example.com), you have 7 calendar days upon receipt of your package to inform us of a defect:

Date of discovery of the defect:
It must contain the description of the balloon concerned as well as the defect observed. You must specify whether the defect was seen on an uninflated or inflated balloon. Please attach a photo of the defect. DO NOT RETURN THE ARTICLE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE IN THIS SENSE FROM US.
NO RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT IS NOT VALIDATED.
Improper storage of your balloons cannot be blamed on us for default.
Any item sold as a reduction cannot be refunded for default.
